Maybe you’ve been in this situation before. You’re sitting in an audience, waiting for a speaker to start a presentation, and hoping to hear something valuable that’s worth your time. And then the presenter stands up, and what do you hear? A list of their credentials, how many certifications they have, how many companies wanted to hire them, how much money they make and how successful they are. And you think to yourself….SO WHAT?
