Can public speaking actually be a rewarding experience?

I’m Suzannah Baum. For many people, public speaking and giving presentations can be pretty painful.  The time and effort to create the presentation, worrying about if it’s clear, if it’s interesting, if the audience will like it, how should you stand, how should you move, how loud should you speak, where should you look, how do you keep the audience’s attention, and of course, nerves….all keep us so occupied that sometimes it’s easier to find an excuse not to do it, or simply rush through the presentation to “get it over with”.

But what if you could step out in front of an audience – whether it’s 2, 20, or 200 people – and get your point across with passion, persuasion and power? What if, because of how well you speak, you get the new client, the job, the promotion or the recognition that you want – and deserve?  What if you had a process that allowed you to experience THAT LEVEL OF SUCCESS over and over again?

With my presentation training and coaching services, we’ll work from a 3-step process that forms the basis of any presentation – a clear and defined structure; a smooth, confident and powerful delivery; and ways to connect with and engage the audience.  My clients will tell you that this 3-step process allows them to break down each and every presentation to more simple, manageable pieces, and helps them stay focused on the message, and above all, helps them approach each presentation not with apprehension and nervousness, but with excitement and anticipation.

And THAT, is how public speaking can be a rewarding experience.

If you’re looking for someone to train your team so that they stay ahead of the competition, to help you prepare for a make-it-or-break-it presentation, or to speak at your next event, let’s get in touch.  I look forward to speaking with you!
