From managing difficult conversations, building trust or gaining buy-in to communicating in a supportive and effective way, effective communication skills are critical in helping leaders to build better relationships and get better results from their team and their workplace.

This session applies a model of human behavior to help leaders understand their own unique personality styles and strengths, as well as the personality styles and strengths of their colleagues, clients, supervisors and others. By understanding the dispositions and priorities of different individuals, they will be able to adapt their communications in a way that will allow them to lead and manage more effectively, thereby creating more positive, productive, and profitable relationships.

In this presentation, you’ll learn how to: 

  • Increase self-knowledge and improve communication with others.
  • Facilitate better teamwork, greater productivity and minimize team conflict.
  • Develop the trust, credibility, rapport and relationships you need to deliver superior results and rise more rapidly in the organization.
