Let Frustration Be Your Guide to Getting What You Want (and Need)!
“I’m so frustrated….I’ve got to shake this feeling!”
Do you really, though?
While we may sometimes perceive that frustration is a negative emotion, it’s ALSO possible that this same frustration can lead you to do things that you would not normally do — which then not only kills the frustration, but can set you on a new, far more positive path.
Here’s how a recent fit of frustration led me outside in -20 degree C weather, where I spent an hour slipping, sliding, and falling on my bum (and somehow, loving it….although not the falling on the bum part) — while reflecting on how a conversation about this same fit of frustration led some people to discover a new path to professional growth.
