After 5 years of on-and-off writing (with the ‘official’ re-start over 2 years ago), the PROOF of From Nervous to Nailed It! Find Your Voice, Present With Impact, and Unleash Your Ultimate Speaking Potential is here!

Yes, I know that the word “to” is missing. It’s hiding behind the “not for resale” banner. This version is the first hard copy, and is intended as the final proofreading opportunity to catch any lingering spelling, grammar or formatting errors. We’ll get there.

I started with a “just sit down and get it done” mindset.

But again… this is the almost-final-but-not-yet-for-sale-because-it-says-so-on-the-cover-so-get-it-done-and-finalize-it-already version that comes before the final version.

So I realized that it deserved something a little more special than just ‘getting it done.’

So I dropped my son off at camp and went down to the cutest little restaurant in Montreal’s Mile-End district, got myself a lovely cappuccino, cracked it open (the book — not the cappuccino), and started the proofing.

An exciting milestone…made even more awesome by the involvement of cappuccino.
